Most of this trade sells the job and subcontracts the installation to whoever has capacity that week. We do not. Everybody who touches your building is on our payroll, from the measure through to the paint line.
On a Coral Gables elevation or a Beach facade that is the whole difference. The reveal, the return and the casing are in our scope rather than handed to a separate trade you end up chasing.
